Even a Mix Tape has to mix things up. And following a writing realization this week, it’s time to tinker again. It’s Charlie Bleecker’s fault. The Write of Passage Mentor Extraordinaire challenged us to look at a recent essay we wrote and find the two or three most interesting lines.

I saw Counting Crows in Sydney about ten years ago at the Opera House and they were awesome--I only wondered how they could afford to pay the twenty or so musicians and still make any money on the tour. Sad to hear that Adam & Co. are past it . . .
Regarding extra protein and the way our body changes as we age, consider a next level superfood.
