💯 on the coffee! There are circumstances when we should avoid or limit coffee intake (and see what happens): HPA-axis dysregulation or a thyroid issue, problems sleeping. But otherwise, a cup or three of coffee is good source of polyphenols and antioxidants. And if it’s a mould/mycotoxin-free, pesticide free, your brain and gut are going to thank you too!
LOL, Perzen! It does sound kind of wild, but I'm actually pro-fasting! 24 hours is my longest, but it seems there are real heath and spiritual benefits to fasting.
This is only my opinion, of course, but I believe the correct answer is both. We need cardio and strength training -- both have huge benefits. Of course, one is better than none, but we should be doing both.

Totally agree -- individual cases vary of course, but by and large, The War on Coffee is a pointless cash grab. Accept no substitutes!
Why I mean why would you not eat for 72 hours! Don’t cells regenerate by themselves anyways?

Matt, I trust your fitness knowledge. Tell me, what happens if I focus only on running?
Or if I focus only on calisthenics?

Here’s to coffee!
Coffee and double cheese burger gang for life!
