For me not thinking of movement and exercise as “punishment” for my food choices was a game changer. Haven’t lost weight but my relationship to moving my body has changed completely
Reminds me of advice from the Cambridge rowing coach and author Stephen Fairbairn, "Everyone needs to find their own way to get power on the oar". (I'm paraphrasing a bit.)
